Your Branding

As part of the workshops you’ll receive:

To help us do that and ensure we’re aligned with your brand, please complete the Branding Form below.

Note: This form should only be completed once.

It will ask you to upload your logo, brand colors, font, etc. We’ll then work with you on the designs to make sure they reflect you and your business.

Editing Form

You will use this form every time you have a video for us to edit.

This form ensures that our team receives all the necessary assets, including your raw footage, preferred video styles/energy, preferences, and additional instructions.

Bonus: Our Recording Platform

Sometimes recording, especially on a PC, can be a challenge. We like to break down challenges and create solutions. That’s exactly what we’ve got here. If you’d like to use our recording platform – which is a benefit available to all clients and workshop participants – just shoot Katie a message in Slack. She’ll set up a quick onboarding session with you to show you how it works, then you’ll receive your own link that you can use to record any time – on your smartphone or computer.

Download the OpenReel Capture app in the Google Play or Apple App Store
Click your initial invite link or your personal recording link
Allow permissions for camera and microphone
Make sure your OS is up to date
Charge your battery
Set your phone to Do Not Disturb (never fun to get a phone call in the middle iof your best take!)
Make sure you have at least 5GB of storage available

It’s always best – whether using this platform or any other – to do a quick test recording to make sure your audio and video quality are on point. Note that when you’re recording, it may appear that your quality is lacking or that your audio isn’t in sync — that’s because the platform is focusing on capturing a high quality recording so the preview you see is lower quality.

BONUS: If you have a script you’d like to use, send it to us and we’ll get it loaded in for you. This only takes a moment so don’t hesitate. Note that if you do use a script, we highly recommend recording on your smartphone rather than your computer.

Upload Your Videos to Us via WeTransfer

As you’ve likely heard Katie say – or will soon! – don’t email video files. They’re too big.

Instead, please send any videos that you’d like us to edit via our WeTransfer site.

And voila!

Please make sure you also complete an editing form above. We need this for each video that you’d like edited in order for it to enter our editing process.
